Vicardo 'Scar' Farrell charged with murder of Devern 'Snoopy' Stanley

ROAD TOWN, Tortola, VI - Members of the Serious Crime Investigation team on Saturday, November 4, 2017 arrested and charged 27 year old Vicardo Farrell aka Scar of Major Bay for the murder of Devern Stanley aka Snoopy. Devern family reported him missing on June 5, 2016, then eight days shy of him being missing for over two months, his body was discovered in Rouges Bay.

Commissioner Matthews remarked that despite the challenges posed by the passage of hurricanes Irma and Maria, the police are still vigorously pursuing those responsible for serious crimes to ensure victims and their families know that the police have not given up on ensuring justice takes place on their behalf.

      He got charged so yeah. Now Trial two years later. Send him to St.Lucia for storage until trial.

        Not because a man get charged mean he is guilty, I don't personally know the guy but he will just have his day in courts and seeing he don't have a local lastname all I could say is they are going to deal with him, guilty or not its just the truth
