Vehicles collide in SCB; no injuries reported

SEA COWS BAY, Tortola, VI – Two vehicles were involved in a head on collision late this evening, February 20, 2014 in the Sea Cows Bay area.

While details of the accident are sketchy at this time, reports reaching Virgin Islands News Online indicate that a white Suzuki jeep collided with a green truck as the truck was negotiating a turn in the vicinity of the Thornton Smith law firm.

There were no visible injuries suffered to occupants of either vehicle as a result of the accident.

Reports further indicate that the jeep involved in the accident did not have a license sticker.

The front of both vehicles suffered extensive damage following the collision.

Police responded to the scene and conducted investigations.
