HOPE HILL, Tortola, VI- Persons, including two children, were reportedly fortunate to escape without serious injuries when the vehicle they were in became involved in an accident at upper Hope Hill this morning, May 17, 2013.

According to reports, a KIA motor vehicle (PV 8774) became involved in an accident and ended on its side shortly before 8 A.M. at upper Hope Hill.

This news site understands there were two children in the vehicle at the time, along with adults.

The circumstances surrounding the accident are unknown but, according to information from persons on the scene, no one was seriously injured.
