Vehicle crashes into pole!

ROAD TOWN, Tortola, VI - News just reaching Virgin Islands News Online from one of our reliable sources is that a grey Toyota car crashed into a utility pole around 4:45pm today, September 23, 2012.

The accident reportedly occurred on Waterfront Drive in the vicinity of Crandall's Bakery, which is located near the Fort Burt area in Fishers Estate. 

The driver, who was heading west, was the only occupant of the vehicle at the time of the accident. 

The collision resulted in severe damages to both the vehicle and the utility pole. The condition of the driver is unknown at this time.

The pole was broken into two while the front right-side of the car, which bore license plate PV 22399, was also badly damaged. 

Meanwhile Police are were said to be conducting investigations at the scene of the accident. There was no further information available up to press time.

    Y'all people talk 2much and jump 2 conclusion so quick. With yall negatively. First of all i witnessed everything. I was in a car to cars infront of him. I was looking back at a family standing on the hill by crandalls. The car turned the corner passing the pub.... I shall say no more. and the man is okk and there was a police man on the site luckily.
