ROAD TOWN, Tortola, VI - We have seen him on international television, heard of his motivational and inspirational teaching, and some of us would have read some, if not all, of his books.

Then there are those who followed closer and would know of his cute relationship with the famous Oprah Winfrey and would hope that for the 2014 conference she would be at the top of the list as a facilitator.

The opportunity is now open to persons of the Virgin Islands to have a face on experience with public speaker and author of two New York Times best sellers, Mr Stedman Graham, as he will be the guest of honour at the 2nd annual 'Power your Breakthrough and thrive in 2013 conference'.

Mr Graham will be teaming up with several other inspirational speakers including the Breakthrough specialist, Lisa Nichols. C.O.O. Of VI Economics Development Authority, Jennifer Nugent-Hill, Business Success coach, founder and C.E.O of 'The Purpose Within' and bestselling author of 'Unbreakable Spirit', Allyson Byrd. They will all be working along with the man who is the brainchild of the conference, Mr Meade Malone.

Speaking at a recent press briefing which was chaired by popular TV host, Karia Christopher, Malone couldn't contain himself as he displayed a high level of passion for the two day conference set for June 7 and 8, 2013 in Tortola, Virgin Islands. He noted that the Power your Breakthrough and Thrive series in St Thomas, US Virgin Islands in March of 2012 was where himself and team had introduced to the world the ‘six pillars of success’, namely vision, discipline, giftedness, patience, productivity and integrity.

"Integrity is important because when we talk about what you do in the dark, lines up with what we see in the light, where the tongue in your mouth matches the tongue in your shoe. What you say is how you walk it out," explained Mr Malone.

"I am so excited because we are going to focus in 2013 on what we call the foundational pillar, and that is vision." According to him, the topic of focus this year was seen as key since it is the mental picture of one's future being a guiding light.

To deal with various aspects of the topic, Mr Malone said they will be bringing a team he described as "A Power House" to the Virgin Islands.

The conference will open with an evening of inspiration with Lisa Nichols at the Moorings on June 7, 2013. The following day will be a half-day conference at the Treasure Isle and the Moorings where both Nichols and Graham will be at the top of their games at the respective locations. The session at Treasure Isle Hotel will feature opening remarks from Nugent-Hill.

According to Malone, the conference is open to all classes of persons and assured that when one would have left, they would be well endowed and empowered with a wealth of knowledge that has the power to influence life changing experiences from then on.

He also spoke of the importance of influencing youths through the conference and has announced complete sponsorship for five interested youths of the Virgin Islands to attend. In addition, as was done in the previous year, Nichols would be doing her usual interaction with a group of youths as part of her stay and a similar possibility will be explored for interaction of the youths with Graham.

Mr Malone said the team is currently working on developing a package designed specifically to impact the younger generation and upon completion, will see him entering discussions with the Minister for Education Honourable Myron V. Walwyn for having it introduced into the school system free of cost.

Persons interested in benefiting from the conference can telephone 284-494-4388 or email mmalone@hsipublications.com or dgibson@mwmabacus.com.

Stedman Graham is Oprah's boyfriend. If he is so inspirational, how come he couldn't get Oprah to love herself. She still trying to be all the things she's not, so if after many years with her and there is no hope, what in the world can he do for us? I give it to him though, her sure knows how to hold on to money..Oprah's. I am NOT impressed, stop bringing these people here to rile us up with false hope and then they leave with all of the BVI money like TJ Jake did.

Yeah and take Lisa Nichols with you. We don't want none of them here. When they arrive, drive them past East End Junk Yard so they can see how we living.

this is all putting the cart before the horse. concentrate on history, culture, sustainability, balanced development and caution against glamour, unrealistic expectations and idealistic plans. It is one thing to get exposed to big ideas, it is another not to caution about patience and tradition. these conferences are geared to a particular elitest group and skips the basics. Even government is guilty of this.

Oprah was here some years ago with her work group and they gave all their money to Richard Branson and stayed on Necker Island. Money only rub elbows with money but at least she didn't leave with our poor BVI dollars ...Enough said

Why are they bringing these outsiders here to take all of our money. Only those with money are trying to rub shoulders with more money. It sickens me because those same people can go to schools to find out who the needy children are and help them with books, food to eat and uniforms instead of trying to impress outsiders who don't give a damn about them. Sylvia was right, TJ Jakes must have put out the word that the BVI is easy pickings. Shame on you BVI for throwing mud in our faces when times are so hard. When you all are eating your expensive meal with Stedman, tell him the plight of the BVI's poor and lets see if he turn down that fat check you giving him. I hope all of you choke on your vanity.

Been to many inspirational meetings. Their job is to hype the crowd up to see things their way and this works. When they leave our little island, things go back to normal. Speakers go around the world giving great speeches and they get paid big money and stay rich. We as a small island need to stop entertaining them. Most of the people here cannot use their information. Trying to attract BIG DOGS who never come back and don't even vacation here is senseless and you feel like a BIG MAN to feed your own ego. Well good for you and yours who have the means to have a great party while they are here. When they leave we will all see...THINGS GO BACK TO NORMAL and be even poorer for it.

You are all supposed to be well educated intelligent people, yet you feel with all you have going for you is that these people will make a great impact on your lives. Are they GOD? That is the only one who can make a tremendous impact in my life. Stop following these people and putting them on a pedestal, that is why they think they are bigger than they actually are. All of you here can speak and get people to be productive just as well as these people. Please stop trying to convince us we will be better off when they leave. I cannot believe you all encourage this. I am really disappointed in all of you. I will never follow and become another Jim Jones situation, if you know what I am talking about
