UPDATE: No injuries reported in accident near Nanny Cay!

NANNY CAY, Tortola, VI - No one was reportedly injured in the accident near Nanny Cay which saw a vehicle turning turtle earlier today July 7, 2013.

According to Police Information Officer Diane Drayton, the accident involved two vehicles. She also said no one was injured.

The circumstances surrounding the accident are still not clear, however, as police are still investigating.

The accident occurred sometime around noon at the turn close to the wall erected by Hon. Julian Fraser RA in Sea Cows Bay.

Vehicle overturns near Nanny Cay

Moments ago, a vehicle overturned close to Nanny Cay on the corner by the wall erected by the Hon. Julian Fraser, RA. 

It is unknown at this time whether there were any injuries or how many vehicles were involved.

Police are on the scene investigating. More details will follow.

      I went from east end to west end to pick up family on the ferry that same day . With all that hard rain, people were driving and speeding and tailgating like a bunch of idiots. I am not surprised there was an accident and even more surprised there were not more accidents. I was glad to get home safe.
