Shame you give the expats the excuse to tell the locals what they have on their minds. I do not know who is worse you or those who cursing out the Locals. Because realy those things that does be said about Locals is only showing the Locals how you all feel about them and maybe that is why this person always mention Island people in every subject to cause friction between expats and Locals, but I am very please to see the locals do not respond to all the hate words that follow. Shame I am sure is having laugh.

They don't need to ban, they need the law enforcing on them, they pass the police any kinda how cause they know the police won't give chase.

Doesn't matter where the rider is from the people driving these scooters have no regard for the cars on the road. Too many times I almost get into an accident because of their carelessness.

how many tickets ate serve by our RVIPF for wreckless cycle riding? It seem to me that if the Goverrment give the helmetless motor cyle riders helmets without chage, and pay them to wear them, every few will comply. What a thing! Lord, help us all in the B.V.I. RVIPF, do what you got to do. Thanks you RVIPF. God blessings.

News flash: All the noisy bikes and ATV's in Hannahs are uninsured, unlicensed and so are the drivers. There is no law enforcement so why bother with legal details.

What an idiotic statement. I live in Hannahs and have a fully insured and licensed scooter. Secondly who said the rider live in Hannahs. I hope your children arent taught your level of ignorance.

Police Commissioner Matthews, I ask "Why?"
Why should I bother to insure my motorcar? Other vehicles motor about the territory completely uninsured.
Why should I bother to licence my motorcar? Other vehicles motor about the territory unlicensed.
Why should I bother to licence myself? Other vehicle operators motor about the territory unlicensed.
