The Quickness of this is a good sign of unity ...We will see .. Hope they put round Pegs in round holes for best results ...If they bring anything that doesn't include Either Sowande or Carvin as deputy that will be a very bad and disappointing start ...

Election was on Monday, today is Wednesday, this is not quick but at least they put out something.

Congratulations once again VIP to a job well.
    GOD is good.
I hope you all do a good job for this term; however you all may need two terms since you also have to clean up the NDP mess.
Please don't ever disappoint the people of the British Virgin Islands, so therefore you will be representing us for lot more terms to come in the future.
    Remember God don't ever sleep.

I understand that there were issues yesterday forming the government. If the VIP wss prepared they should have formed the Government yesterday.

The NDP when they won the next day the government was formed so what is the delay?

It is only 8 of them an easier number to put in place.

You sound so stupid. Election 2011 NDP took a damn week. The other time they won they took a day because they kept the same ministries as before.

As you can see there were changes made to the Ministries which would have caused the delay. Stop looking for something and allow the government to move forward. It's a process.

We pray for success as if the Government succeeds, the People succeeds and the Territory succeeds.

      One Direction - FORWARD!

She didn’t have to be in the room. They need to stop with their foolishness. Largest vote getters do so on the strength of their party. Let them try to do that on their own, see if they would have even gotten elected. Ask Myron. He was puffed up last election on this issue too. See where he is now. Organic growth produces health. Forced growth is unhealthy. I pray that Andrew continues to muse his wisdom and keep his foot down on these issues.

Because it takes Education to get Both fishing and agriculture to actually work for both the farmers and the buyers..... Education | Farming and Fishing is one in all and all in one.

What nonsense you talking. Agriculture and Fishing suppose to be the third pillar of our economy and deserve a separate Ministry and special attention. If it is one thing this hurricane taught us is if we don't have our own food source..dog better than us.

Congratulation to the VIP for winning the General Election. I will be their watch dog to ensure they are on the right track. Please allow the team to settle down and do their work. Hon. Fahie you have waited a long time for this occasion and I will pray that God will lead you in the straight path.

I do not want to compare the VIP and the NDP because to each his own. With God in the vessel we can smile at any storm. Once the government takes care of the citizens of this country and not themselves all will be well. There is much to do to restore some confidence of the people and I know that with God all things are possible.

Start your day on your knees in prayer and praise to Jahovah God. Respect all people, we are equally important in God's sight. Do not bash anybody, we were made in God's image and are God's masterpiece. Speak kindly to and of all, be true, humble and see yourself as The People's SERVANTS not Rulers. Every person though not a voter is a contributor to the territory; awesome nuggets of information can be mined from all, tread carefully and gently and all will be well.

This ministerial workload/functions need some adjustments. Understand the need to balance workload among ministers but related functions should go together and be closely aligned. For example, the functions under Hon Natalio Wheatley (D-7) needs adjustment: : Education, Culture, Sports, Youth Affairs, Agriculture and Fisheries; that is a top heavy workload. Agriculture and Fisheries under Education? What is the thought process here?

Education is a critical function in the territory’s continued growth, development and sustainability and needs proper planning, programming, executing, budgeting .......etc. Education plays a key role in diversifying the economy, especially constructing a knowledge-based economy.

Several other functions seems like disconnects. For example, Telecommunications under Health and Welfare. Telecommunications can be grouped as a utility and should be lumped with Transportation, Work, and Utilities portfolio. Another functional disconnect is Natural Resources with Immigration and Labour. Agriculture, Fisheries and Natural Resources should be grouped together.

True, in some instances, there will not be perfect matches but the matching should be maximized. Thinking out loud: Health, Welfare and Sport; Immigration, Labour and Youth Affairs; Public Works, Utilities and Engineering (Junior Minister) ; Agriculture, Fisheries and Natural Resources; and Finance and Tourism ( Junior Minister).

Stop the solution looking for a problem. Serving as Junior Ministers is vital on-the-job-training for assuming a full ministry. Patience is a virtue. Impatience has ruined another talented politician.

The men are in suits with shoes to match and the women are in sandals and dockers. What happened to decorum man.
Government workers have always been known to dress “official” even if that meant garbadine sewn suits and heels. You set the pace so please start dressing the part or else soon crocks, and pumpum shorts will be normal civil servant dress.
