I appreciate the good gesture. But if you can't social distance, then please WEAR MASKS AT ALL TIMES!

I thought the curfew ended 26 or 25 April 2020 and only essential workers were allowed out and one will sit back and see how the police and judicial system deals with this matter

Why is there a need to identify this person's ethnicity?
Is it relevant to the news story or just a dog-whistle to rustle up some racial controversy?

Was he authorized to be out during the lockdown period by way of a pass or some legitimate excuse? I don't know but too often we start with all of our negativity before running our mouths. I hope the authorities investigate this matter.

The usual white privilege in the BVI. ( answering the tazing of only black people here and breaking curfew comments. Both the black child and this white man were going for water, right? No one is making this racist. Compare both.) Anyway thankfully white privilege is coming to an end.
