People left because it was a decision they had to make for the betterment for them and their families, persons who lost EVERYTHING and chose not to be a burden on the system. In other countries politicians fly home their constituents. The USVI government do the same AND sail them over in order to vote. So the question remains, is the BVI government going to fly ppl home to vote. They need all the votes they can get as it stands right now. Everybody (politician) heart in their chest right now, so the more votes the better.
