ROAD TOWN, Tortola, VI – Two vehicles headed West this afternoon, December 1, 2015, became involved in an accident in front of the Road Town Ferry Dock in the height of rush hour traffic.

According to an eyewitness, the two vehicles had been headed West and while in the vicinity of the Road Town Ferry Dock they came into contact.

Police were summoned to the scene and commenced investigations into the incident.

There were no reports of injury as a result of the accident.

The officer and the two drivers then threatened this news site’s reporter with legal and civil proceedings for the taking of their photographs allegedly without their permission.

They demanded that the reporter immediately delete the images taken of them.

Coincidentally, another vehicle met misfortune in the same spot minutes after the first two were hauled away. This time the hapless vehicle broke a front axle and was left in the middle of the road for a considerable length of time.
