HUNTUM GHUT, Tortola, VI – A Huntum Ghut resident and a Flemming Street man have been charged with unlawful possession of cocaine and unlawful possession of cocaine with intent to supply.

Charged are Debralee Fahie, 32, of Huntums Ghut and Jerome Scatliffe, 58, of Flemming Street.

Royal Virgin Islands Police (RVIPF) Information Officer, Ms Diane L. Drayton, in a Press Release on Monday 24, 2018, said following the weekend’s firearm seizure and subsequent arrest, RVIPF officers confiscated a quantity of cocaine and charged two other persons with unlawful possession of cocaine.

It was reported that officers of both the Armed Response Team and the Beat and Patrol Unit followed up their vehicle search and seizure of a loaded firearm with a search of the driver’s premises.

During that search two members of that household were stopped while leaving the premises and that vehicle was searched. A quantity of crack cocaine was uncovered.
