What does greed have to do with it you just jealous that we have resources and are using them to the best of our abilities to make a living and the hill isn't to steep its just that you have to go down in first gear or drive one to get the most control when driving down the hill.

Why we want to ask the UK to do a tunnel for us for? We have enough fresh air to breathe, why go inside a tunnel? Do you know how long that tunnel would be? Man inside a tunnel without AC and it blocked at one end? According to them boys, wheel and come again..

there are a lot of bad drivers here in the BVI. If we practice road safety, the chances of accidents are lesser. I see lot of people overtaking on blind curves on flat roads and hills. A lot of truck drivers speeding as if no one else is on the road.

I don't think a tunnel is the answer. Instead build a gondola which goes up and over, with a scenic cafe and viewpoint at the summit where people can hop on and off. ask social security to pay, given it is an investment in everyone's future.

That hill is way too steep, but that's what happens when you pave a donkey trail and call it a road.
