Ummm Yes! Coming out of Rite Way the sign clearly shows a sign that you shouldn't drive straight across, but must go left. This Taxi Driver knows this as we all do. Now look what happened. I almost hit someone the other day doing the same thing and came straight across in front of me, causing me to jam on brakes. Stupid Drivers.

@ Hmmmmm: black people been getting injured in taxies for years in this territory ; here we are, a white gets hurt and you want to take away the person livelihood(instantly): some of us just cherish the very ground the white folks walk on......

To wize up. It seems your the person who has a problem with the color of someones skin. There is no white people this black people that. What would you prefer all white people on the island be deported? All white people on the island shouldn't be a passenger in a car? I guess because they choose that taxi or shuttle that they caused the accident because guess what if they were not in the taxi the taxi wouldn't of crashed? Its 2015 we are all born the same and will all end up the same.

This is not reported because it was white people injured. It was reported because the taxi driver failed to adhere to the rules of the road and in doing so caused an accident.

That is usually the best way, but this driver broke the law! By his admission, by his bosses admission and by witnesses. Taxis are always pushing me around. Bought time they obey the rules like all we.

under the road traffic act cap 218
vehicle bearing the S plates shuttle, should be picking up from one destination and dropping off not collecting money.
vehicle bearing the T plates for doing Tours only not collecting money.
vehicle bearing plates L for limousine prepaid in advance
vehicle bearing the plates B for bus services only
vehicle bearing the plates T for Taxi are the only vehicle that is allowed by law to transport passengers for reward or hire any other else are illegal.these tourist needs to be educated about out taxi system.there are people who are willfully dis-regarding the laws of the land using shuttle plates to Taxi passengers.and the government turning a blind eye to it.Shuttle are not supposed to be used to Taxing anyone its illegal people.

Here's a perfect eg of what's wrong with our roads & why we end up having X amount of accidents. It's clear as day NOT to cross traffic to get to that side of the road. If you don't want to drive till by the roundabout and come back down, simply exit by the same place you enter by MMG Trust. Lord ppl follow the rules of the road and we will be fine, what's so hard about that I can never understand
