ROAD TOWN, Tortola, VI- Two of the Virgin Islands’ elite recording artistes, Tino and Aaron the Jedi, have collaborated to bring inspiration to their fans with the song ‘Live My Life’ which hit the airwaves yesterday October 30, 2012.

‘Tino, known for his groovy hit songs ‘Rock & A Hard Place’ and ‘Holiday’, has travelled the world with some of the industry’s biggest names. He continues to make hit songs seeking ways to appeal to the masses by fusing different genres of music. In his new release ‘Live My Life’, he features Aaron the Jedi to bring a fresh hip hop sound to the table.

Aaron the Jedi, born Aaron Parillon, is no stranger to the air waves and is now working closely with "Home Grown" production and continues to be on top of his game.

This is the first time the two artistes have worked together and the sound seems to be a perfect fit. The track ‘LIVE MY LIFE’ is about keeping focus in life and not letting the negatives prevail.

According to Tino, “I think just about everyone can relate to the lyrics especially giving the fact that we live in such a small community. We all from time to time experience negative talk, gossip, slander etcetera, which can be distracting if one don't keep focus.”

Marcus "Yungblood" Mark, the producer of the groovy track, has certainly made his mark in the industry and doesn’t seem to be slowing down anytime soon. He is recognised for producing the Caribbean's groovy song of the year in 2010 with the track ‘Thiefin’ by Machal Montano and has also worked with other international artistes such as Buju Banton and Beenie Man as well as local artists such as Shine - I, Maccabee, Ritical and Sistah Joyce.

Marcus can be contacted at 1 284 340 2265 or yungbloodproductions@gmail.com.

Meanwhile, Virgin Islands News Online was told that music fans can look forward to more hit songs from Tino as he is working on his new CD.

Tino is one of the lead vocalists and founders of ‘The Hard Core Band’, which can be heard at various venues throughout the Virgin Islands.
