Territory flags to be flown at half staff
All flags on Government buildings in the Virgin Islands are to be lowered to Half Staff throughout this Period of National Mourning, following the death of first premier of the VI, Hon Ralph T. O'Neal, OBE. Photo: GIS
Premier and Minister of Finance Honourable, Andrew A. Fahie is advising the public that due to the passing of Honourable Ralph T. O’Neal, OBE, Member Emeritus of the House of Assembly, the Territory will observe a National Period of Mourning to commence from November 12, 2019, until the Official Funeral and Burial.
In this regard, all flags on Government buildings are to be lowered to Half Staff throughout this Period of National Mourning.
