Sydney Malone Varlack, 61, charged with burglary

ROAD TOWN, Tortola, VI – Police have charged Sydney Malone Varlack, 61, of Fat Hogs Bay with two counts of burglary after he was identified as the culprit in video footage on the homeowner’s camera in East End last week.

Malone Varlack, also known as Lightning, was charged with entering the same premises twice on separate nights.

Nothing was discovered missing on the first occasion but on the second occasion, cash and food items were discovered missing. On both occasions, the homeowner was at home and asleep when the burglary took place.

Malone Varlack was granted Police bail for his later appearance before the Magistrate’s Court.

    Throw the book at him. Old as he is should know better and going into someones home to steal. So glad these people had their camera rolling. What an IDIOT he is.
