JOE'S HILL, Tortola VI- Persons traversing Joe's Hill may or may not be aware that danger is literally hanging over their heads while at a particular section of that road.

Some yards away from where persons currently turn off the road to access Admiralty Estate Complex, there is a KIA SUV that fell off a road above the Joe's Hill road.

The SUV, with number plate PJ 104, is only being prevented from plunging on to Joe's Hill road by a couple of small trees but appears that it could slip through that hold at any moment.

This news site can confirm that the vehicle being there is not the work of Hurricane Irma, as it was only seen there recently.

It is unclear to this news site at this time how the vehicle ended up where it currently is and whether anyone was hurt.
