Suspect caught in USVI who allegedly raped 14-year-old!

ST. CROIX, USVI - Police apprehended the suspect who alleged raped a 14-year-old minor at 2:30 a.m. Saturday. He was charged with second-degree aggravated rape and remanded to the Bureau of Corrections.

The Virgin Islands Police Department late Friday had called on the community for its assistance in locating the man accused of raping the 14-year-old minor in the wee hours of Friday.

According Glen Dratte, the V.I.P.D.’s public information officer, on Friday at approximately 1:28 a.m., the 911 emergency call center received a complaint in reference to a rape incident. Police officers were dispatched to the location and upon their arrival, a 14-year-old female minor told the officers that she had been raped by an acquaintance, 30-year-old Michael Ortiz.

Mr. Ortiz was described as a Hispanic male with a low hair cut, according to police. When last seen, he was wearing red basketball shorts and a cream-colored long sleeve shirt. No other description of Mr. Ortiz was given.

However, he was apprehended by Police and is now remanded.

    Do cut them pound them with a hammer and then put alcohol and salt on them then pound them again and repeat the cycle until they drop off.

    He is an acquaintance so perhaps they already knew each others fully well. In another part of the Caribbean a certain family was aware of an individual have sexual intercourse with a female of their clan. They were eventually caught in the act and the family called foul-raped.Eventually they charged the individual $25,000 and this was not the first time that they charged the same amount to any one caught have sex with a female in their family. It has been done about 3 times now.They tend to target folks that economically stabled.So just be careful folks you may not even or ever done anything to or for some people and you maybe the next target. Beware also of that special pink or white powder used to put on the face or blow in your face to make you do things you have never done or that spiked drinks also.This world is such a wicked place and it sure gonna it worse just be prepared and ask the Almighty to cover you with his blood at always
