CHARLOTTE AMALIE, St Thomas, USVI — Police on St Thomas, US Virgin Islands have revealed that a 52-year-old man named Roy Rogers was arrested and charged with aggravated assault for allegedly raping four minor girls.

Mr Rogers was arrested pursuant to a Superior Court warrant dated March 16, 2016 after four female minors said during an interview that they were sexually assaulted by Mr Rogers on separate occasions.

Unable to make bail of $175,000, Mr Rogers was remanded to the Bureau of Corrections pending his advise-of-rights hearing.

Elsewhere in St Thomas, USVI on Tuesday, March 15, 2016 – Lesroy Huggins, 26, of an unknown address was arrested and charged with third degree burglary after he was positively identified by the complainant as the individual who was caught exiting her residence with a white plastic bag and several other items. No bail was set for Mr Huggins and he was remanded to the Bureau of Corrections pending his advise-of-rights hearing.

On Wednesday, March 16, 2016 at approximately 1:35 am, Shayla Kelly, 24, of Agnes Fancy was arrested and charged with disobeying a lawful order. According to the report, Ms Kelly refused to vacate the residence after being given several commands to remove herself and personal belongs from the residence. Unable to make bail of $500, Ms Kelly was remanded to the Bureau of Corrections pending her advise-of-rights hearing.

Again on Wednesday, March 16, at approximately 2:36 a.m., Fretil Pierre, 19 of Smith Bay was arrested and charged with simple assault and petit larceny, after he was positively identified by the victim as the individual who assaulted him at Coki Point Beach. No bail was set for Mr Pierre by order of the court and he was remanded to the Bureau of Corrections pending his advise-of-rights hearing.

      Well, Mr.Rogers. You broke one of the prison rules. You don't mess with girls, old people or babies. Dude, you are going to be watching over your shoulders 24/7 and sleeping with one eye open at all times.
