ROAD TOWN, Tortola, VI- Large tents at the Festival Grounds in Road Town were filled to the overflow as persons gathered in large numbers to participate in this year’s Storytelling and Sanky Sing Out Night on Saturday, November 7, 2020.

Although off to a very late start, patrons left well enthusiastic about the bringing to life of Virgin Islands culture through poetry, sanky singing, dance, drama, drumming and the lighting of a bonfire.

The event, organised and executed by the Virgin Islands Communal Association, culminated the first week of activities for this year’s culture month being observed under the theme ‘BVILove is our Culture’.

Apart from the performing arts, persons were out with traditional foods and beverages, art and items displaying the way of life of the olden days in the Virgin Islands.

That book is a made up book for control of the mass by the oppressors. Google Sarapis and read, there goes your white god.

Guess large numbers of people, tents overflowing, and not a mask in sight is because the bible will protect you? Good luck with that. Covid protocols like every other law here selectively enforced. what a joke.
