HOPE HILL, Tortola, VI- Information reaching Virgin Islands News Online is that a stolen vehicle was recovered crashed at Hope Hill, on the main island of Tortola early yesterday, June 17, 2016.

The black pickup, with license plate PV 23424, was discovered half way off the road with damages to its right (front) side.

According to sources, the vehicle was reported stolen at the time of the accident.

It is not clear at this time who the vehicle belongs to and when and where it was reportedly stolen.

Police Information Officer Diane Drayton said she was not in possession at the time of any information of a stolen vehicle being recovered crashed at Hope Hill, however, she would have to check.
