Service Administrator needed
JOB SUMMARY: Providing administrative and clerical support to the Service Engineering Department. The Service Administrator plays a vital role in the smooth running of the department and company.
MAJOR DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: Reconciling Engineers time cards with service reports; Editing service reports; Entering service reports into computer; Closing out service reports at end of job or every month; Producing Engineer’s productivity report; Following up with customers to determine satisfaction level; Preparing quotes and estimates; Managing warranty claims
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS: Excellent computer skills; Ability to prepare reports from raw data; Good attention to detail; Ability to stay calm under pressure; Methodical and thorough approach to work; Organised; Good at juggling tasks and prioritizing; A great team player with a minimum of 3 years’ experience in an office administrative role;
