If it was, he's always riding stupid, and he looks very guilty/concern in the picture. That also looks like the same colour scooter he rides as well. Smh!

In an unrelated incident, I recently drove behind a school bus in the very same vicinity who had stopped to allow a child to get off to cross the street. I was 2 cars behind the bus. The vehicle which was directly behind the bus while at a complete stop, totally disregarded the bus' flashing hazard light indicating the obvious 'stop - child crossing' mode and just sped away towards station avenue. I was so flipping annoyed and in disbelief that I held down my horn for as long as I could blur out my disgust and anger and a few choice words. The only thing that I'm sorry about was not getting the registration number. Talk about due care and diligence. I know growing up in America it is a serious offence to pass a school bus that is at a complete stop while displaying its 'stop sign'. Motorists need to exercise more caution, apply due care and some common sense at all times especially when the obvious sticks out like a sore thumb.

BVI trying to follow the US in many ways yet that one law against passing a school bus which has stopped hasn't made it's way here, I wonder why

The thing about these scooter riders is that they just don't give a rats behind about anyone else. There's this one in Huntum's Ghut that is always riding up and down the road like a freaking nuisance and whatever he did to this scooter to make those loud annoying sounds, it's just driving people crazy.....too much noise and recklessness on the road

I don't know what occurred but that is a dangerous location as someone who grew up Horse Path I know that at that railing is where persons stop and catch rides and sit but it's actually in direct traffic Three ways. Once upon a time you could stand or sit by Patsy Lakes yard just before Huntum's Ghut by the tamarind tree and as a familiar face person going up the Hill would give you a ride but that entire area has developed and being fenced. Even though some may stand on the Left side after a while you get tired waiting and go right back on that railing. I wish the child a full recovery.
