SCBBC Valentines Tournament resumes Today

ROAD TOWN, Tortola, VI - Rain may have curtailed the action until this Friday, February 20, 2015, but the Sea Cow’s Bay Basketball Club's (SCBBC) District 3, Inter District Valentines Tournament saw plenty of excitement as both Parson's Green Machine and Threlfall Red Rulers recorded victories last week.

The Tournament, Sponsored by the Hon. Julian Fraser and the Hon. Myron V. Walwyn, got underway with Parson's Green Machine beating Hannah's Blue Brothers, 11-6, in the 7-10 Division.

Top Scorer Parson's: Jamar Thomas 7 points, 3 rebounds, 1 steal.

Top Scorer Hannah's: D'Jahniah Pemberton 4 points.

Then in Game 2:11-13 yrs: Threlfall Red Rulers 31, Cherry Ghut Swaggas 30.

Top Scorers Red Rulers were K'Andre Clarke 21 points, 4 rebounds, 2 steals, 1 assist and 1 block. Along with Enrique Jafarally, who notched 8 points and 2 rebounds.

Top Scorers for Swaggas were K'ntenay Maduro 11 points, 4 rebounds, Kishawn Esprit 9 points, 2 rebounds and Stephan Rosetta 9 points, 2 rebounds.

Game 3: 14-16 Postponed to Friday 20 Feb. due to rain. Nibbs' Estate vs Pockwood Pond.
