ROAD TOWN, Tortola, VI- Children from all corners of Brewer’s Bay came out to find what Santa Claus had for them on Saturday December 17, 2011 even if they were naughty or nice.

More than 200 boys and girls found themselves on Santa’s nice list and were they ecstatic as they bravely stepped up to receive their presents from Santa and his very helpful elves.

Some of the children even had the nerve to tell Santa that they were naughty but the man in red and white didn’t journey to Brewer’s Bay to spread nothing else than cheer as he still had something for them in his never ending sack.

The joy of Christmas became in jeopardy when the Grinch showed up determined to steal Christmas from the good boys and girls but just one hard and long stare from Santa Claus sent the party spoiler back to his lair.

Santa Claus’ presence was on the invitation of Second District representative Hon. Alvin Christopher who was on scene as Santa and his very disciplined helpers distributed their presents to the bunch of excited kids.

“You know this is the most glorious time because of the fact that it is the time of giving. The season is based on the gifts that God gave which was Jesus Christ. I think that is the greatest gift that anyone can give and in the spirit of Christmas I just want to wish everyone a joyous and peaceful Christmas and a bright and prosperous new year, Hon. Christopher said to his constituents, who recently retained him as their representative at the November General Elections.

I must say Brewer's Bay is the best Christmas lime from the parade to the santa for the kids. No heap of loud and rowdy behavior a real family affair. Keep up the good work Brewer's Bay Crew.
