This is according to a press release from Rortory Tortola, which states that there will be three drawings with the first taking place on October 25th for $ 1500, the second on December 7th for $4000 and the grand drawing on December 24th for $10,000.

Early bird ticket purchasers will be entitled the chance to win at all three draws. Each book contains 11 tickets and persons buying whole books receive one free ticket as the book costs only $100.00. Tickets purchased before the early bird draws on October 25th entitles that holder to win a cash prize, non-cash or combination at each of the three drawings. We will return the winning ticket(s) at each of these early draws to the barrel.

At each draw, we will raffle a selection of the non-cash prizes as well. These prizes will include hotel stays, a weekend for two, destination and local travel, lunch and dinners for two. Rotary members are people of action. We identify the issues that affect our communities and then work together to find the best course of action.
