ROAD TOWN, Tortola, VI – Juliette Penn, the elections supervisor, is anticipating that the winners of the district seats in the 2011 General Elections will start pouring in around 11 p.m. tonight November 7, 2011.

Speaking with news agency a few minutes ago [7:23], Ms. Penn disclosed that counting was supposed to start from 7:30 p.m. but because of the large turnout in some districts, she said it will begin closer to 8 p.m.

“Once it begins, counting from my experience, is always a smooth process, so by 11 or so we will begin to know the winners in the districts,” she stated.
