It would be wrong to concoct excuses that shackle us to Loud Noises of the past which only provide Oppressors the ability to fool us far into the Future…Therefore, Parable or no Parable; we cannot play catch-up by stepping backwards… To do this is no better than writing in the Sand at High Tide while watching others communicate via Cyberspace - They're both equally foolish.

We cannot afford to waste opportunities for, while Today’s Generation cannot function without the World Wide Web, we are about to enter a phase where the USA’s ultimate control by its Proxy, ICANN (Internet Corporation for Assigned Names & Numbers) is now in question…

As of September 2015 a new Team slated to provide more independence is slated to take control.

Beware those who would deny the Intelligence of Internet:

Maybe this sounded too reasonable & sensible because between 1998 and 2014, Governments started making all-out efforts to use & abuse the Net to suit their own dictatorial Agendas by ensuring that Ordinary People like you & I, would be denied this source of knowledge that could possibly be used to protect ourselves from various degrees of unreasonable Governmental abuse.

We have seen this demonstrated by the harassment of Wikileaks Founder, Julian Assange, by the demonizing of Edward Snowden after he disclosed how America's National Security Agency was using the Net to conduct extensive Spying and efforts by many Governments to block & deny their People Internet access as exhibited by Turkey’s attempts to ban Social Media, Twitter.

Even our little corner has become caught up in concern & confusion about a New Cybercrime Law that would negatively affect journalistic freedom of VI Internet users… Although this Law is portrayed as benign, an inherent danger is that it overlooks the reality that our Parent’s World of Slate & Copy Book has been replaced by our Children’s World of Smartphone & Internet.

In fact, things have so changed that the World’s Encyclopedia is no longer in Printed Paper Form but must be accessed via Cyber Space or Internet… Needless to say, mishandling this Medium by dictatorial Governments will place our Children & Future Generations at severe risks…

This will be tragic for us – a gullible & passive People - who only lament long after the event.

When Useless Cyber Laws force the Innocent into becoming Criminals by Default:

If we followed History it would suggests that this Cybercrime Bill is unlikely to be of our own making but handed down to us from Bigger Bosses as we remain Victims of their Agendas… Consequently, while this Law has no benefits for our Children, it safeguards secret Shenanigans of anti-Democratic Governments thereby reducing chances for them to be corrected or removed.

We should never deny the legitimate need for legal accountability to ensure that Net Users do not abuse the Rights of others but this Law appears less geared towards this feature and more towards safeguarding Special Interests, Financial Institutions & Off Shore Companies… However, if we look beyond the surface it is clear that this Law cannot achieve this goal since:

#1… America’s FATCA & NSA can already access whatever information they desire
#2… We have signed agreements for full disclosure on demand of all sensitive information
#3… The only Persons that can be penalized – innocent or guilty – would be BVI Residents.

By the way, you may recall, weeks ago I told you of Switzerland’s reason for taking anti-social steps and now we are hearing how the President of the European champion Soccer Club, Bayern Munich, was sentenced to over three years in prison for Tax Evasion in relation to Monies he had deposited in Swiss Accounts – Now, how do you think they found that out?

For too long we have been caught up in too many thoughtless hand-me-down Laws that become outdated even before they are implemented…Not so long ago we had the ill-conceived Labour Code that failed to take into consideration ‘Flexible Work Arrangements’ that would be more mutually beneficial for Employees & Employers and replace the traditional 40 hour work week.

Today we are finding even the IMF (International Monetary Fund) is requiring these New Conditions as a basis for considering West Indies Governments as worthy of Financial Backing…The only opposition to this Flexing comes from Religions who see it as yet another blow to their empty Churches and direct threat to their monopoly of Sabbath Generated Funds.

Even though Churches are springing up everywhere they are finding it increasingly hard as they lose credibility with the Youth due to the Internet’s abundance of intelligent Information… In addition, they cannot truly preach against Corruption for fear their Front Pews may walk out and while Funerals have become their major event they are afraid to pass around the Collection Plate.

This will be no easy evolution for it is not so long ago that Political, Legal and Religious Systems were one & the same – the accepted Trinity of the New World Order – where over years, they have collectively used their positions of Power to ensure ordinary Men & Women were blocked from knowledge – especially anything considered as being scientific or provable.

Even now they continue attempts to program us into accepting their archaic Indoctrinations as determining factors of our Present Lives and our Children’s Future… Thanks to the expanding Knowledge provided by the Internet it is clear that such Doctrines did not & will not lead this or Future Generations in a worthwhile or Positive Direction - The Time has come for us to Change.
