Police charge three for failing to declare, illegal entry

ROAD TOWN, Torotola, VI - Officers of RVIPF Special Investigations Unit (SIU) charged three persons for illegal entry and failing to declare after they were found in the Fish Bay area after off-loading boat at a non-designated entry port in Saturday afternoon.

In response to information of a suspicious vessel, the SIU found four men in or around the 21-foot vessel Midnight Express which was in the area at the time. A search uncovered $29,000 in cash.

Charged were Petersen Curtis and Page Miles, both of St. Thomas and Bensen Maduro of Baughers Bay. A fourth male was discharged.

Police continue their investigations.
