Police Arrest Blotter - Nov 25-Dec1

ROAD TOWN, Tortola, VI – The following is the arrest blotter from the Royal Virgin Islands Police Force from November 25 to December 1, 2012.

INDECENT ASSAULT

On 29-11-2012 at 1025hrs, Police arrested and charged Garfield Anderson, 23, of Horse Path for the offence of Indecent Assault.

ASSAULT

On 29-11-2012 at 1620hrs, Police arrested and charged a 15-year-old male of Sand Box Road for the following offences: (1) Assault, (2) Resisting Arrest, (3) Armed with An Offensive Weapon. He was granted bail in the sum of $5,000.00 with one surety for his appearance at the Juvenile Court on 13-12-2012 at 0900hrs.

GRIEVOUS BODILY HARM

On 30-11-2012 at 1254hrs, Police arrested and charged Kennard Penn aka “Reds” of Fat Hogs Bay on a warrant in the first instance for unlawfully and maliciously Inflicting Grievous Bodily Harm. He was granted bail in the amount of $50,000.

BURGLARY

On 30-11-2012 at 1132hrs, Police formally arrested and charged 19 years old Shakeem Smith of Fat Hogs Bay for the 24 counts of the offence of Burglary.
