ROAD TOWN, Tortola, VI - The following is the arrest blotter from the Royal Virgin Islands Police Force (RVIPF) from January 20 to January 26, 2019.

UNLAWFUL POSSESSION OF CANNABIS

On January 20, 2019, Police arrested and charged Kyle Tyler Kabel, 18, of the Valley Virgin Gorda for Unlawful Possession of Cannabis. 

OBTAINING SERVICE BY DECEPTION

On January 24, 2019, Police arrested and charged Katherine Lynn Jones, 38, of Hawaii, USA for Obtaining Service by Deception.   

UNLAWFUL SEXUAL INTERCOURSE WITH A GIRL UNDER 16 

On January 25, 2019, Police arrested and charged Kwayne Francis, 20, of Hannah’s Estate for Unlawful Sexual Intercourse with a girl under 16. He was granted bail in the sum of $30,000 with one surety to appear before the Magistrate’s Court on 15-03-2019.

THREATENING LANGUAGE

On January 18, 2019, Police arrested and charged Vadley Sylvester of Parham Town for Threatening Language.
