Police Arrest Blotter

RVIPF blotter for the period October 31 to November 6, 2017.
ROAD TOWN, Tortola, VI - The following is the arrest blotter from the Royal Virgin Islands Police Force (RVIPF) from October 30 to November 6, 2017 .

CARRY UNLICENSED FIREARM/POSSESSION OF AMMUNITION

On Saturday November 4, 2017, Vicardo Farrell of Major Bay was arrested and charged for Carrying an Unlicensed Firearm and Possession of Ammunition. Farrell remains in custody pending his court appearance.

DISORDERLY CONDUCT/ INDECENT LANGUAGE

Tiana Rogers of Road Town was arrested and charged for Disorderly Conduct and Indecent Language on Friday, November 3, 2017. She was granted bail to appear at the Magistrate's Court on December 8, 2017.

Natasha Jeffers of East End was arrested and charged for Disorderly Conduct on Saturday November 4, 2017. According to bail conditions, she is to appear at the Magistrate's Court on December 1, 2017.

MURDER

Police on Saturday November 4, 2017, arrested and charged Vicardo Farrell aka Scar of Major for Murder of Devern Snoopy Stanley. Farrell remains in police custody pending his appearance at the Magistrate's Court.

POSSESSION OF A CONTROLLED DRUG

On Tuesday October 31, 2017, police arrested and charged Dean Smith of Baughers Bay for Unlawful Possession of a Controlled Drug. Smith is presently on bail to appear at the Magistrate's Court on December 8, 2017.

Friday November 3, 2017, Police arrested and charged Joel Vanterpool of Towers, for Unlawful Possession of a Controlled Drug. Bail was granted for his appearance at the Magistrate's Court on December 8, 2017.

RESIST ARREST

On Saturday November 4, 2017, Natasha Jeffers of East End was arrested and charged for Resisting Arrest. She has been granted bail for her appearance at Magistrate's Court on December 1, 2017.

THEFT

Police on Monday October 31, 2017; arrested and jointly charged Emerald Gumbs and Laura Lettsome of Johnson Ghut for Theft. Both have been granted bail to appear at the Magistrate's Court on December 8, 2017.
