Could you believe they are still people out there who have animals loose all over the island?
Tortola traffic is twice or triple the traffic compare to 20 to 30 yrs ago and this can cause serious traffic incident.
The government needs to enforce a law for these animal owners to keep them in pens or barns at all time to prevent traffic accidents or delays. Anyone not complying to the law may have to pay a fine.
This is more than serious now.

You are right but I must confess that I enjoy seeing the. .livestock and poultry strolling and grazing among us and so relaxed and carefree. It also adds a touch of humanity to us modern sophisticates. Now,inntrusion on private property is a big no no. I will kill dem dead if these livestock come on my land and my yard. No sah..dead meat and vexation.

The sheep was listening to God's voice. Seek shelter and they obeyed. How many of us are even listening to seek shelter when its given via media or even a friend. LOOK FOR THE LESSON take stock Noah preached and preached and preached no one listened. Noah listen and obeyed what God said to him. GOD HAD EVEN THESE SHEEP ON HIS MIND. TAKE STOCK animals can teach us but sometimes we mist the message.
