ROAD TOWN, Tortola, VI– Police are confirming the death of a male pedestrian in a traffic collision in the Mayaba area yesterday, March 3, 2016.

Officers of the Road Policing Unit reported to scene and found the deceased, Julian Turnbull, 52, of Mayaba motionless early yesterday afternoon.

He was subsequently pronounced dead at the scene.

The female driver of the vehicle is assisting Police with the circumstances surrounding the collision.

Investigations are ongoing.
