Powerless blame taker is what acting director means. Youth and sports crippled ever since election. Nothing going to change that except next election

Let's not forget it's the NDP who started the Dept of Youth Affairs and Sports. They appointed the wrong man to run it initially and made another mistake with Harrigan. Let's see what Paul does. Just to be sure, Harrigan is an asset to the BVI when it comes to athletics and they should have never put him in that post. They should have created a senior technical post where he would sit and continue with the good works he has been doing. The man gets things done but he's not an administrative guy, simple. Hopefully he can still be utilized when it comes to youth and sports in the Territory.

Ayo believe that a department of this nature needs to be a poppy show with people without prepared expertise in the area.

The rubbish you people blog on here is just a testament to the lack of knowledge.

This department requires an individual prepared in the both areas with an educational background not just so called good speakers.

    Yo check!

That department was stagnant, but let us see what PAul does with it. There in nothing wrong with Patrick retiring. One cannot work for ever, and it simply does not make sense to dress up and go to an office to do nothing.
