The British Virgin Islands Seventh-day Adventist School was given yet another opportunity to display the excellent performance of its students. The spotlight was again shone on the school during the EU- OCT Ministerial Conference hosted by the Government of the Virgin Islands, from February 25-26, 2015, under the theme, 'Sustainable Development through Innovative Competitiveness and Green Growth'.

Several businesses and the British Virgin Islands Seventh-day Adventist School –Secondary Division showcased their work to delegates from 22 Overseas Countries and territories, Ministers from the European Parliament, The United Kingdom, France, Denmark, the Netherlands, and over 130 delegates from the European and Caribbean regions.

During the Business Expo Public Exhibit, (which was geared towards the tourism and economic development of the territory), the school exhibited produce from its garden, science projects and produce from the recently launched, Advent Treats (An emerging food packaging line of the BVI SDA School).

Under the tutelage of Ms Lisa Peters, the Agricultural Science educator at the school, the students, exhibited confidence and excellence, as they ably explained their projects to the visiting dignitaries.

In keeping with its motto, “We Persevere for Excellence, the BVI SDA School was adjudged the best school overall in its school garden, technological and recording practices, in the recently held Agricultural Fair in February 2015.The

Agricultural programme has only been recently added to the school's curriculum, and the first batch of students are expected to graduate in June of this year.
