JOES HILL, Tortola, VI – Within the last hour, our roving camera discovered a small Sports Utility Vehicle (SUV), that ran up on the side in the area of Joes Hill, on the main island of Tortola.
Circumstances surrounding how the white SUV ended up there, is unknown at this time.
Virgin Islands News Online will bring more information once it becomes available.
