Oops! Not a good start to the morning commute

ROAD TOWN, Tortola, VI - Sometime this morning, Wednesday, October 24, 2018, after 9:00AM a female driver had a malfunction of her automobile.
It appears that the rear tire got twisted and made the car not drivable.
She was somewhat embarrassed as her female passenger was left to keep the traffic flowing.
It was not a good start to the morning’s commute on an Island where there is no public transportation. Sometimes, if it can go wrong, it will.
