Nissan Frontier topples @ Hodge's Creek

EAST END, Tortola, VI – A black Nissan Frontier pick-up truck bearing the licence plate number 122 this morning August 6, 2014 toppled over following what is believed to be a loss of control in the vicinity of the former Pusser's Restaurant and Bar at Hodge’s Creek.

Seven persons including the driver all refused to accept medical attention following the single vehicle accident.

The driver of the vehicle is believed to have lost control of the truck as he was negotiating the steep corner causing to the vehicle to topple.

According to an eyewitness all seven of the men appeared not to have any signs of injuries and were overheard telling medical and other officials on the ground that they were ok and did not require medical attention.

This news site understands that the men were on their way from the East End/Long Look Rise and Shine tramp at approximately 8:30am when the unfortunate accident occurred.

Two ambulances, two fire trucks and police officers were said to have been on the site of the accident‎.
