ROAD TOWN, Tortola, VI- There was a party just about anywhere to ring in the new year but it seemed, apart from Foxy's, all roads led to Trellis Bay where the action was on the beach.

Just about anyone was there to ring in the new year and the attention at midnight was taken by the spectacular fireworks.
