Overall responsibility managing day-to-day operations, including - but not limited to - incorporation and post incorporation work, liaising with the compliance officer and the regulator as well as with the other offices of the group in Uruguay and USA. Extensive knowledge and communication in both Spanish and French for compliance and trust services would be greatly appreciated.
