Man who threatened to kill girlfriend remanded to prison
The man flooded the defence box with tears as the charges against him were being read and on hearing that he was being remanded to prison.
The Crown alleged that on September 28, 2013 the defendant went into the house of his girlfriend, held a knife to her throat, and had threatened to kill her.
He was arrested by police and subsequently placed on station bail.
However, on November 23, 2013 he allegedly went back to the home of the girlfriend and after a period of intensely knocking on her door and angrily calling out to her, he took out louvre panes from a window and went into the woman's bedroom.
By the time he got into the bedroom, however, the police had arrived on the scene following a desperate call from the woman and he was again arrested.
The prosecution argued that the defendant was bent on repeating the offence when placed on bail and requested that he be remanded to prison. According to the Crown, Stoutt also has a firearm matter against him for which he was also placed on bail.
Mr Stoutt is to return to court on December 6, 2013.

I agree. While he is away from you, you need to go somewhere else because you see he isn't mentally stable and if given the chance of "If I can't have you nobody can" He WILL K**L YOU. Remember all the young ladies this happened to. Don't be a statistic.
Shwimmmmmm ???? boy go get help
Talk about a man who don't learn is you.
I always thought this young man was a nice guy. P***y c*t mek man flip flop
I am not vex with some of the bloggers, but I share a different view and opinion,on a point of law.
Though Vino did not report on the offence for which the gentleman was charged with;the facts however, are consistent with a charge of "aggravated burglary" and "threat to murder"
The BVI Law:
On 6th December 2001,BVI parliament passed a law in the Legislative Council, which was assent to by His Excellency, the Governor-Francis J Savage,on behalf of Her Majesty and that law was enacted and gazetted as [no.10 of 2001-Magistrate's Code of Procedure(Amendment) Act,2001.
Section (3) subsection (3) of that law sates:-
"" A magistrate shall NOT admit to bail any person charged with an offence referred to in the third schedule""
There are 15 serious offences mentioned in the third schedule, including [aggravated burglary]
On a point of law,the magistrate has a duty to protect society from a person who is a threat to himself and a threat to society.
I will not say that he is not good for society, because the V.I Constitution allows him to be in BVI democratic society; but may I be allowed to say, he needs to be rehabilitated into social behavior.
He will get help while at Her Majesty's Luxurious Prison.
