BEEF ISLAND, VI – Virgin Islands News Online has been reliably informed that one person was rushed to Peebles Hospital after being stabbed at Long Bay Beach shortly after 8 P.M. June 1, 2013.

The man was reportedly stabbed shortly after police had stopped the partying on the beach following a brawl. The stabbing incident also reportedly occurred long after the annual Fisherman’s Day Tournament had wrapped up at Beef Island. Persons had stayed back at the beach for the usual after tournament party.

This news agency was informed that after the fight was stopped on the beach; those allegedly involved took it to the trail leading out of the beach where one person was eventually stabbed. The injured man was rushed to Peebles Hospital. It is not clear if anyone has been arrested.

    Hmmm there was allegedly an unduty police officer right there in a police jeep when this incident took place and one told the others don't get involved shame on our police officers all them was doin is look woman
