PARAQUITA BAY, Tortola, VI - A man was earlier today, August 28, 2012, found dead outside of his home. Reports are that Arnold Wheatley aka Johny Mack collapsed suddenly outside of his home this morning after feeling unwell for sometime.

Wheatley lived a short distance from the H. Lavity Stoutt Community College. A resident of the area explained that he was told that Wheatley collapsed and was taken away earlier this morning. He added that Johnny Mack owned the area where he lived and had some other land nearby. He was also a fisherman.

Wheatley's cousin, who wished to remain un-named, said he was a frequent visitor at the nearby Dark Dog Midway Bar & Restaurant owned by his uncle. The bar is a short distance from his dwelling place. "He used to spend most of his time in that chair," he said, referring to a now empty chair that faced the road at the front of the bar.

He added that ever since last week he seemed to be feeling unwell and did not take his usual drink at the bar. "He just sat there and drank some cranberry juice for a while and then left."

When asked about the manner in which he died the cousin expressed that he was unsure of this as he didn't want to speculate. Wheatley was reported to be around his early 70's.

Police were reportedly at the scene earlier conducting investigations.
