Man arrested after taking VG police on high speed chase!

VALLEY, Virgin Gorda, VI- A man found himself in the hands of police after leading them on a high-speed chase through traffic on Monday, March 8, 2021.

According to information reaching our newsroom, the man was alerted to stop his vehicle after police observed there was no registration sticker on his automobile's windshield.

The driver refused to comply and instead allegedly led police on a chase along Lee Road.

It's alleged that the driver fled the scene after he crashed the vehicle but subsequently return and was arrested.

Nothing illegal was reportedly found in the vehicle.

      The man could of make himself kill himself you mean. He didn’t stop when the cops asked him too. Could of killed others too because of being wreckless

        Both of them could have ran down an innocent person. You done wrong already so why make it more difficult? Best to deal with police before them get “hot headed” that’s why you’ll take wa you get!!

      Not to the heck no. SORRY BUT, HIS A** SHOULD HAVE TAKEN A SWAN DIVE OVER A DAMN CLIFF. POOR DUDE JUST TRYING TO MAKE A HONEST DOLLAR TRUCK WENT OVER THE SIDE OF THE ROAD UP DIAMOND ESTATE AND THIS NO GOOD BUM WHO WAS UP TO NO GOOD IS OK.

    Crash the vehicle run and hide the evidence then return with a half #$$ excuse which of course the police will buy. Only in the BVI.
