Lestene said that it is not the first time that the opportunity presented itself for them to open a branch on Tortola, “But this is the right time we feel. Everything we believe will happen only at the right time and so when we were offered the spot here in this business we jumped at it as we believed that the time is now right,” she said.

She said that while many see them as the experts in cake in the Territory, persons need to try the meals they also prepare. “We are not only about the baked stuff, yes that’s the bigger side of our business but we also want the public to know that we also do lunch and other meals and they need to come try it.”
