LIME to increase focus on customer base
Speaking at a cocktail reception on April 1, 2014, Auguste noted that LIME has partnered with Ericsson, one of the largest mobile telecommunications equipment manufacturers in the world.
He stated that LIME has partnered with the company in efforts to spend more time with its customer base as Ericsson helps to focus on the infrastructural aspect of the company.
Auguste further stated that the company also currently has a system in place currently that seeks to improve the delivery of its existing 4G service.
LIME BVI, Mr Auguste announced, also plans to continue its focus in the areas Health, Education and Sport within the Virgin Islands.
Making reference to the issue of its competitors within the local sector, Marketing and Corporate Communications Manager at LIME, Mr Kareem-Nelson Hull noted that LIME will not be responding to competition going forward, but will instead be directing its focus to their customers.
“LIME does not compete with anyone, we are clearly the leaders in telecoms,” he said.
He also announced the launch of Club LIME which would be available exclusively to LIME’ customers and would allow them to have value added benefits whenever LIME partners with other companies or events.
