Thanks to 108 from Jomal LaFleur, Royal Knights posted 261 for 9 after being sent to bat by their opponents from the US Virgin Islands (USVI).

LaFleur had fell 2 runs short of a century when Royal Knights defeated RTW in the final of the NAGICO sponsored BVICA T20 Tournament on Sunday, July 21, 2019 but crossed the line this time around.

In reply, USVI Destroyers were restricted to 192-6.

Cavaliers overcome RTW

The final will be contested today, September 1, 2019 from 1:30 pm between Royal Knights and Cavaliers.

Cavaliers recorded a six wicket win over RTW despite an unbeaten ton from Austin McDowell in the opening game yesterday.

RTW won the toss and decided to bat, posting a solid 241 for 4 of their 20 overs. Austin McDowell was on fire, smashing 129 not out.

The experienced Cavaliers; however, ended up making light work of the target, scoring 242 for 4 in 18 overs.

Avishkar Sewkarran top scored with 62 and Teddy Nankishore made 58.

Meanwhile, the third place game today, from 9:30am, will see USVI Destroyers facing RTW.

The winner of the Clash of the VI T20 Tournament will receive $2000.
