ROAD TOWN, Tortola, VI – When Kurt Rabsatt went to the Magistrate’s Court at John’s Hole on Wednesday November 26, 2014 his understanding was that he was there to deal with a pending matter as it related to possession of a quantity of counterfeit currency.

What he apparently did not know was that there was an arrest warrant out over his head and as he stepped out of court officers of the Royal Virgin Islands Police Force (RVIPF) were at the door waiting to execute the arrest warrant which they did.

At the time reporters and others could not confirm exactly what he was being taken into custody for despite some suggested he was accused of a robbery. This was however confirmed yesterday November 28, 2014 by the RVIPF Public Relations Unit that he was identified as the person who allegedly committed a robbery at a night club.

According to the RVIPF Rabsatt a 29 year old resident of Old Plantation has been charged with robbery after a club patron identified Rabsatt as the one who struck him in the face and took his money.

The RVIPF further stated that the victim alleged that when he exited Club Envy close to midnight on the November 8, 2014 he was approached by Rabsatt, struck in the face and robbed of cash.

The victim sustained a wound to his forehead that left him unconscious. He was transported to Peebles Hospital where he was treated and discharged.

The Bible says, 'spare the rod and spoil the child'. She must be ashamed for she did a p..s-poor job of raising him. Parents need to learn to stop being so quick to 'put their hand in the fire' for their offspring. What are you going to turn around and cry for and about when things like these happen? They should lose his behind in Balo, and she SHOULD be ashamed.
